This is a very special offering of a wonderful specialty coffee grown by twelve families in the village of Eratoi, East Timor. 
East Timor, or Timor-Leste, was ravaged by violence and unrest only two decades ago. Now the small island nation is has a growing tourism industry, and is an exporter of coffee and oil.
We got our hands on a small batch of this wonderful coffee and roasted it to a few different profiles to see where its character stood out most. At a medium roast, this amazing coffee has a buttery mouthfeel, with hints of chocolate, melon and citrus. 
We only have 34 pounds of this amazing coffee! So get it while you can!
Note: since this is a small batch, we will roast the coffee when we get 25 orders or by May 1st, which ever comes first.
